Online Session

CONF-MLA 2025 will hold an online session on the topic of machine learning and automation for more convenient participation of scholars worldwide. This online session will invite professors from top universities and authors of qualified papers to present their works. Keynote speeches and oral presentations will be available on CONF-MLA 2025 official YouTube channel. We believe that this online session will still be a great platform for participants to share, discuss, and cooperate. Hope you enjoy the CONF-MLA 2025 online session!


Information for Authors

All invited authors at the online session will have the opportunity to present their work using a pre-recorded video. The recommended length of the video is 5-10 minutes. All accepted videos will be uploaded to the official channel of CONF-MLA. Discussion on the presentations will be conducted in the comment section of the videos.

Authors will receive a Certificate of Participation after they submit their presentation videos. The committee and reviewers will go through each video presentation carefully and review its quality. The committee will make decisions on whether the video can be listed at the online session. Accepted videos will be uploaded to the official channle of CONF-MLA and the presenters will receive a Certificate of Oral Presentation after the session.

Fees

No participation fee is required. The author will receive a certificate of participation once the presentation video is received. The presenters whose videos will be listed on the official Youtube channel of CONF-MLA 2025 need to pay an additional processing fee.


Record & Upload Videos

Invited speakers should follow the instruction to record and upload their presentation videos. Every presenter should make their own slides including one designated cover slide and record a video within the time limit. The recommended length of the videos is between 5 and 10 minutes. The video and slides should be in widescreen format (16:9). The slides can be created in any presentation software, e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote, etc., which allows you to export slides to PDF. You should upload the final video as well as the exported slides in PDF format to gofile.io and email the link to us. Download THIS FILE to look through more information.

Discussion

During the online session, all participants are welcome to join the live chat room on Discord. You can have direct interactions with the speakers. If you have interest in joining the online discussion, please contact us at [email protected] before the online session.

Comments and questions are also welcomed. The participants and the audience are free to post in the comment section under the videos. All participants may send the questions to us via email as well. We will send those questions privately to the speakers. All the Q&As will be listed in the comment section at last.

  • You can choose other online storage platforms (wetransfer.com, cowtransfer.com etc.) to upload your files. If your email service has the ability to send large files within its system, you could also the files directly to us. PLEASE DO NOT upload the video directly to YouTube or any other video hosting websites by yourself, sending us a link to it.
